| 2007 | Acquired Chailease Credit Services Co., Ltd. |
| The acquisition of assets, liabilities, and operations of The Chinese Bank was announced. | |
| 2008 | Completed the acquisition of the business and operations of The Chinese Bank. |
| 2009 | HSBC Bank (Taiwan) Limited established. |
| 2010 | HSBC Bank (Taiwan) Limited began operations. |
| 2020 | Opened HSBC Premier Centre in Taipei. |
| 2022 | Taiwan headquarters relocated into Taipei 101. |
| Taiwan’s first Wealth Centre was launched. |
